**A bit about the role**:
The Bradford Mint division at the Bradford Exchange, has a brand-new opportunity that would suit someone who would love to get into Sales or who has prior Outbound Sales and/or lead generation experience.

You will be calling existing Bradford customers and potential new busomers to help them obtain products that speak to their interests (mostly rare and unique coins and collectables) and convert those into sales.

**How you will add value**:

- Call existing and potential customers to help obtain products for them that speak to their interests and closing sales
- Making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Speaking to customers about history and significant events
- Achieve monthly targets as set by business management
- Great customer service and after sale follow up/ admin when required

**About you**:

- Prior phone-based sales experience preferred but not essential
- Driven and fearless in reaching out to our customers to make the sale
- Ability to work towards meeting targets and KPIs
- Strong ethics, honest, high energy and loves being part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills - must be able to articulate

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- outbound or inbound telesales: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
