We ensure diversity is celebrated for the opportunity it provides us all to learn and grow, and deliver better outcomes for members. **Your new role** The Associate Portfolio Manager, Cash Management is a market facing role, assisting the Portfolio Manager, Cash Management with responsibility for decision making of the Liquidity, Strategic and Core Cash portfolios. The role, as part of a global team, will aid in meeting the performance and risk budgets of the cash portfolios as well as supporting the day-to-day cash liquidity needs of the Fund. Key responsibilities will include: - Providing input into research and macro analysis to identify opportunities in short-end rates; - Performing bottom-up security and issuer analysis for short-end money market out to a maximum of 3 years; - Providing recommendations and investment cases to the Portfolio Manager (Cash); - Offering insights and research for trade ideas and internal publication; - Collaborating with the Portfolio Manager (Cash) to implement and maintain cash strategies; - Executing buy-side trades and monitoring performance and risks; - Contributing to management reporting, risk, and compliance obligations; - Handling trade entry, authorization, and troubleshooting; - Supporting monthly/quarterly investment commentary; - Working with the Liquidity and Implementation team to enhance cash management and investment capabilities;Participating in asset class and department-level research or projects. **What you’ll need** - Front office money market and/or fixed income portfolio experience, including proven skills in the management of cash and/or short-end credit focused strategies; - Familiar with Cash & Fixed income portfolio management concepts (Buy side), and trading short end products (NCDs, T-Notes, ACGBs, Financials, Credit, RMBS, Swaps, Futures); - Familiar with performance and attribution principles and forecasting interest rates; - Strong understanding of the drivers of money markets (particularly
