As a Portfolio Manager, you’ll:
- Lead the development and execution of real estate investment strategies.
- Manage high-value portfolios and represent ART externally.
- Drive performance, negotiate key agreements, and influence strategic outcomes.
As an Associate Portfolio Manager, you’ll:
- Support strategy execution through research, analysis, and insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to investment decisions.
- Build your expertise while helping shape ART’s real estate portfolio.

**Location**: Sydney or Brisbane.
**About you**
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
- You’ve earned tertiary qualifications in finance, investments, commerce, or economics.
- You bring solid experience in investment management, with a strong understanding of real estate markets.
- You’re confident navigating legislation, regulations, market trends, and emerging issues.
- You excel in research and analysis, using data to drive strategic and creative thinking.
- You’re a skilled communicator and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- You know how to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re a natural collaborator, building trusted relationships and influencing outcomes.
- You’re proficient in financial modelling and familiar with international investment markets.
