Leadership opportunity in our Portfolio Management team

**How will I help?**

The Portfolio Manager is an important customer supporting position within Agribusiness Banking and is critical to achieving the Bank’s vision. You are primarily accountable for working across the Westpac brand in the Agribusiness banking business to project manage large, complex cash flow lending transactions including continuously monitoring and reviewing customer and sector risks; and providing expert risk management insight and advice across diversified industries.

You will work with a team of Credit Analysts and matrix deal teams including sales and credit partners and their support teams in the preparation and execution of complex customer requirements **.

**What do I need?**

We’re looking for a seasoned Agribusiness, Commercial or Institutional Banker with strong credit expertise and experience in leadership and coaching. You’ll be commercially focused and risk astute, bringing a good understanding of the financial services market, risk and compliance.
