We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant to join our Group Practices team based in Barangaroo on a full time, permanent basis. The primary function of this role is to provide a broad range of high-quality administrative support to the Global Senior Practices team.

To be successful in this role you will be highly organised and approachable with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and highly developed interpersonal skills. You must also have exceptional attention to detail and decision-making capabilities to cope with competing deadlines. This Team Assistant will report to the Group Practice Lead.

We’re also looking for someone who is able to liaise effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders, acting as a first point of contact for all inquiries.
