**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Support the day-to-day operations for managers
- Maintain office management systems and requisition supplies.
- Provide team assistance as required.
- Backfill to required positions during periods of absence.
- Communicate constructively with other team members, company employees, customers and clients.
- Ensure adequate follow-up for timely payment
- General administration duties and data entry
**Key Selection Criteria**:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Well organised, able to work well under pressure
- Having a construction background is highly regarded, however not essential
- Displaying high ethics, respect, dedication and commitment
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Strong attention to details
- Highly computer literate including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Can-do, with positive and happy attitude
- Ability to perform in fast paced environments
- Strong team player
- Positive & driven personality
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
- Ability to build effective relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously & manage multiple competing priorities
