**What this job involves**:
Based onsite with one of our clients in Melbourne, we are seeking Corporate Concierge to be the professional face of the client organisation and working with a team to deliver a seamless outstanding service.

**Snapshot of the role**:
Providing a unique welcoming experience for all guests, staff and visitors within the Head Office Client Suite
Responsible for management of all aspects of the Client Suite including presentation, room/area bookings, room set ups, stocking of kitchen/drink items, cleaning inspections and basic AV assistance
Assisting employees when they forget their permanent pass with issuing a temporary, day pass oe contractor passes
Complete proactive site calls to remote sites as per the schedule supplied by the Workplace Coordinator.
Assist FM/Workplace Team with reactive and project requests

This role is perfect for someone transferring from a Reception/Concierge or Hospitality role who has A-grade customer service skills. You will be willing to learn, and have a ‘can do’ proactive attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities. You will be well-presented & well-spoken, and able to confidently interact with all levels of the organisation from CEO to cleaning contractors
