We are continuing to build our high-performing team based in Sydney, Australia, that has collaboration, transparency, and an innovative mindset at the heart of everything we do. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to work on one of the industry’s fastest growing fashion exports and collaborate with some of the world’s biggest names.
As a Production Coordinator at Ksubi, you will be responsible for securing the best price and delivery from our suppliers, ensuring that orders are placed on time to facilitate on-time release of goods, and full end-to-end management of key core flow lines to drive sales and gross profit.
**A Day in the Life**
- Negotiate season bulk product costs and handover dates in line with margin targets and critical path and issue POs to suppliers
- Manage production progress to ensure key dates are met by design, sales, garment technician, and the supplier; ensuring garments are fitted and approved in line with critical path
- Manage all fabric and garment approvals from approved SMS to delivery; in line with Ksubi quality standards
- Maintain and manage fabric and trim stock liability from vendors
- Manage weekly updates with vendors and the Logistics team and provide updates to Buying and Sales Team to ensure clarity around delivery scheduling; advising any potential delays to final resolution, ensuring that delivery movement is approved by Buying and Sales teams
- Manage QA audits to ensure production quality standards achieved
- Ensure all handover deadlines are met by the suppliers and handover documentation issued to the Logistics team to enable delivery
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure win-win sustainable outcomes

**This is you if you have**
**Technical/Specialist Skills/Experiences**
- 3 + years’ experience in the fashion production space
- Knowledge of garment construction and têxtile development
- Experience using excel or an ERP system beneficial
- Prior experience and working knowledge of successful retailers or wholesalers

**Personal Attributes/Interpersonal Skills**
- A high level of organisational skills
- Sound business acumen with strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and contribute to an environment promoting success
- A strong work ethic and solution focused
