- We are seeking a driven and bold Ecommerce Coordinator to join our Australian Designer client.
- Our client is an Australian-born fashion & lifestyle label, creating meaningful pieces designed with intent and confident wearer in mind. This founder-led brand has a growing online presence and a gorgeous retail location based in Rosebery.
- We are looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Coordinator to work in collaboration with the Marketing team and is responsible for increasing conversion, engagement, and traffic on the website is in line with business strategy.
- 2-3+ years experience working in an Ecommerce Coordinator or Executive role
- Previous experience with Shopify & Klaviyo
- Impeccable attention to detail - ability to ensure online copy and product is accurate
- Strong ability to be agile and work towards deadlines
- Ability to work seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders
- Efficient and productive team-player.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Management and maintenance of online site (AU & International) in collaboration with the Marketing team to ensure a seamless online customer journey.
- Optimisation of online content to maximise conversion, engagement and revenue through copy, merchandising, SEO, navigation and other opportunities.
- Imagery uploads to site.
- Manage and execute EDM plans including copy, briefing and collateral in-line with Marketing strategy.
- Copy aligns with brand tone of voice and is delivered in a timeline and consistent manner across all brand channels.
- Execute product uploads in-line with brand timelines.
- Create, test and execute promotions, product launches and website updates.
- Audit sites weekly and conduct trouble-shooting and testing to ensure the customer journey is optimal
- Conduct weekly reporting to understand site performance and results.
- Work cross-functionally with SEO agency and developers.
- Stay on the pulse with new industry developments, technology and competitor activity.
