
Office Manager

Sydney- Investment Banking- PermanentA boutique financial services firm, based at Circular Quay, is seeking a full time office manager, and EA to their MD. You will ensure that the office and business operates smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
With an office of 28 staff in Sydney, you’ll be responsible for providing high level executive and administrative support to the MD as well as office management duties.
- EA duties such as dairy management, travel coordination
- Generating reports using MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Organise meetings & presentations
- CRM logging and reporting
- IT requests & enhancements
- Staff social events
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining proper stock levels
- Day to day administrative duties
- Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Maintaining a safe and secure working environment by coordinating and overseeing OH&S for the business
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations
- Organise meetings, video and teleconferences, workshops, conferences and events (internal and external), including venue, catering & AV requirements
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team at a consistently high standard
- Preparation of presentations, reports and correspondence
**Experience**:
- 5+ years’ Office Administration, EA/ PA experience ideally from within other financial services or professional service firms
- Well presented with a professional manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- High achiever
