Job Description

**About The Role**

We are seeking an experienced and professional **Workshop Manager**to **run a team** of workshop technicians and apprentices**.** This is an **exciting, challenging and dynamic role i**n an ever changing industry within a** rapidly growing company, offering competitive remuneration.**

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead the safety culture and safety compliance within the branch
- Ensure customer service excellence is delivered
- Manage resourcing levels and the performance of the team.
- Provide hands on support to the team during busy periods
- Build positive and effective relationships with all stakeholders and clients by providing technical expertise.
- Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
- You will need to think on your feet and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times.

**Role Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Trade qualification in mechanical field
- Experience in leading a team
- A clear and confident communication style with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to details
