**The Role**:
Reporting directly to the workshop manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and exceptional servicing, maintenance, and repair of vehicles. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Delivering top-notch customer service, addressing customer requirements promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to ensure all vehicles are serviced, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards, minimizing rework.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Service Department's technical competence by providing advice, training, and mentorship to the team.
- Handle customer service and repair requests efficiently and courteously, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- **Permanent full-time position, Monday-Friday**:

- **Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation**:

- **Location: Darra, 4076**:

**Experience**:

- **MUST HAVE **proven experience in a role of similar scope, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly Service Operations.
- Trade Qualification in the automotive industry.
- Strong technical expertise and familiarity with BMW vehicles is highly regarded.
