How are you important to us?

Our Transport Allocator is based in Eight Mile Plain Head Office and will be able to work between 6am and 6pm. Your main responsibility will be utilising, scheduling, and organising a fleet of skip and hook trucks that complete all customer orders throughout the day. This includes:
Efficiently and safely allocating fleet movements of skip and hook trucks to ensure customer satisfaction
Allocate drivers to drop off and collect skip bins and related services
Create daily runs for drivers to maximise fleet efficiency
Report on safety and compliance by having daily debriefs with drivers
Follow up on any operational issues while to ensure high standard of customer service
Answer two-way radio at all times throughout the day
Liaise with the workshop regarding breakdowns, repairs and servicing

**What you bring**:
Sound Fleet Allocations/Management experience (waste industry preferred)
Exceptional geographical knowledge of Sydney metro areas
Exceptional communication skills
Working knowledge of all legislation relating to Heavy Vehicles
Good computer skills and ability to communicate via two-way radio
