A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Partner Service Improvement Lead, reporting to the Manager Optus and Vocus Relationship, where you will join the RSP Management and Operations team, a key pillar within the Operations business unit.

A bit about your role

A nine-month fixed term contract opportunity has become available for a Partner Service Improvement Lead. In this role, you will perform detailed commercial and performance analysis for the RSP Management and Operations group and transfer that analysis into clear decision-making collateral. You will also be the custodian of Performance Dashboards that track our performance and provide root cause analysis on any failed performance targets as well as provide analysis to support any improvement initiatives as a result.

A bit about you

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong analytical background with experience in commercial and performance analysis. You will have experience working in service delivery or operational disciplines with strong account management, relationship and customer management acumen. Advanced MS Excel skills are a must along with MS PowerPoint and the ability to take large volumes of data and collate the information to support and drive decision making. Strong business acumen and project management skills are essential.
