**Role**
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive the delivery of an online investment service that helps Australians build wealth. You will create a product from the ground up and help Australians towards financial progress. The Product Owner is responsible for prioritising features, owning the backlog, and guiding the development team through delivery.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, customer experience, and product marketing to create, refine, prioritise and deliver the product roadmap. You will be skilled in gathering requirements, defining clear user stories, and communicating these to the development team.

**Responsibilities**
- Shape delivery to align priorities to product outcomes and business strategy
- Break down outcomes into opportunities/solutions and actionable user stories and requirements
- Prioritise work based on customer value, product strategy, time and other dependencies
- Construct and prioritise production processes to ensure the development team is clear on what to work on next
- Lead delivery for the product squad and ship new features
- Be the critical interface between stakeholders and the delivery squad, and manage expectations on delivery timelines
- Work with the growth team to measure the performance of MVP and future releases
- Advocate for excellent customer experience and communicate the voice of the customer to the development team
