**About the role**:
As our Compliance Culture Consultant, you will:

- manage the end-to-end planning, development, monitoring and delivery of Compliance training and communications for the Zurich life insurance, general insurance and investments businesses in Australia and New Zealand. This will include development of e-learning content as well as delivering effective face-to-face training for Compliance related topics and awareness programs.
- contribute content and provide a creative approach to compliance awareness communications.
- collaborate with Zurich's head office to develop effective learning solutions locally including local content.
- support reporting on Compliance processes and activities, including training statistics and information to assist leaders in fulfilling their licencing requirements to oversee the appropriate training of all staff.
- support in delivering compliance requirements for project and wider team as required.

**Important to your success**:

- You will have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of financial services as well as experience in developing and delivering training.
- Your proven delivery of training programs, use of evaluation methodologies, and strong reporting skills will see you succeed in this role.
- Experience working in a compliance team would be an advantage or evidence of a strong desire to move into a compliance role.
- Other key strengths will be your excellent planning and implementation skills, strong communication and influencing skills, and the ability to work in a timeline driven environment.
