Global Medics New Zealand is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Consultant to join our close-knit team. In this pivotal role, you'll deliver accurate, timely, and efficient credentialing and concierge services to our medical candidates—ensuring they're fully supported and compliant every step of the way.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned administrator or compliance professional ready to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Reporting to the Compliance Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with a team of experienced recruitment consultants to deliver high-level support to both clients and candidates.
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of each client's compliance requirements and providing a personalised, professional service to all candidates.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with candidates and conducting regular audits of their compliance documentation.
  • Coordinating with external providers to complete necessary compliance checks and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring all necessary documentation was completed and all relevant correspondence was sent to candidates in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing and coordinating contractor logistics, including booking travel arrangements such as flights, car hire, and accommodation for locum assignments.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system and ensuring data integrity.
  • Responding to requests promptly and efficiently to meet service expectations.
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
  • Assisting with regular reporting to track progress against operational goals.
