We’re searching for an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy a collaborative team environment, then this is the role for you

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Manage and grow a portfolio of internal accounts.
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects
- Handle inbound sales enquiries - phone, website, webchat.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to reach individual KPI’s and business targets.
- Prepare and follow up Quotes
- Work alongside Business Development Managers and booking appointments
- Log details of all customer interactions in the CRM system

**What You’ll Need To Be Successful**
- Proven experience in tele-sales and meeting sales KPI’s
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on effective listening and tactful questioning to understand customer requirements.
- Positive mindset with excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong time & task management skills
- Competitive nature and hunger for sales
- Advanced proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with packaging products or within the packaging industry will be highly regarded.
