Yoou will be managing a sales team who are based in geographies throughout the region.

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will be managing a large and diverse sales team spread across QLD comprised of direct reports and dotted line reports
- Setting a sales strategy for the Elgas QLD business that delivers on our business objective of customer growth, volume growth and margin growth
- In addition, growing our customer base by implementing a variety strategy to improve net customer growth across all segments and sizes
- You will be managing the performance of the sales team to ensure they achieve their targets and KPIs
- Recruiting, training, developing, motivating and organising your team to create a culture of growth, positivity, safety and high performance
- Furthermore, championing exceptional service delivery for our customer base by interfacing with the customer service, transport and operational teams to address issues and improve service delivery
- You will ensure the safety and compliance of our customers by working with your sales team and technical departments on all new and existing installations
- Working with the Elgas QLD leadership team to ensure that Elgas strengthen our position as a market leading supplier

**What makes you great**
- You have more than three (3+) years' experience in sales management
- You must have an exceptional sales pedigree with a proven track record as a sales person
- Have a passion for growth and demonstrated track record to hit targets
- Proven experience as a strong leader that can develop and drive a large sales team
- In addition, you have strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office programs aid you in this role
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Tertiary or Business qualifications is desirable
- Have experience in the gas industry (desirable but not essential)
