We're searching for an eager & enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy a collaborative team environment, then this is the role for you

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of internal accounts.
  • Make outbound calls to customers and prospects
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries – phone, website, webchat.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products to reach individual KPI's and business targets.
  • Prepare and follow up Quotes
  • Work alongside Business Development Managers and booking appointments
  • Log details of all customer interactions in the CRM system

What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • Proven experience in meeting sales KPI's
  • Energy, enthusiasm & a love for learning new things.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with strong time & task management skills
  • Competitive nature and hunger for sales
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with packaging products or within the packaging industry will be highly regarded.
