**The role**
Reporting into the Recruitment Specialist and joining a welcoming team, your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following duties:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including; role briefing, creating the sourcing strategy, posting advertisements, shortlisting, phone screening, interviewing and offering.
- Coach branch managers and focusing on building their recruitment capability. This includes providing training where appropriate.
- Providing process improvement recommendations on their recruitment methodology, processes and systems.

This opportunity would be suitable for an established Talent Acquisition Advisor that has the following experience and traits;
- Genuine, grounded and down to earth in nature
- Ability to build reliable and trusting relationships with key stakeholders
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and ability to move through ‘growing pains’ in a business
- An appetite to further grow and develop your skills as a potential future leader
- An existing skill set in end-to-end recruitment (either internal or external agency will be considered).
