**About the Opportunity**

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Providing quality customer service to new and existing members
- Adhering to industry regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
- Supporting the team, contributing to the growth and expansion of our business.

You will have a strong customer service focus with a genuine willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organisation.

- Efficient, problem solving on the go and the ability to present quick and workable solutions within a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- An exceptional phone and customer service manner
- Great verbal and written communication skills
