About the role
Join as a Car & Asset Finance Broker Sales Consultant. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing personalised finance solutions and building strong relationships with both new and existing customers. What you'll be doing
- Actively prospect and source new car finance opportunities through outbound sales activities
- Liaise with customers to understand their finance requirements and facilitate the finance application and approval process to provide tailored solutions
- Build relationships with existing customers and provide great service to drive repeat business
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in an asset finance broker role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and lender partners
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Thorough understanding of car finance products, lending criteria and regulations
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
