**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated and capable Retail Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination, development, planning, and implementation of various Retail Environment projects. These projects encompass retail displays, retail fixtures, retail fit-outs, and store developments.

As the Retail Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the team to assist in the coordination of project schedules, resources, equipment, and information. Your role will involve liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Your top priority will be ensuring that client's needs are met and that projects are delivered successfully.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing shop-fitting scoping, site audits, tenders, and conducting cost analysis.
- Aid in coordinating and communicating installation timelines, while also preparing contingency plans to mitigate any unforeseen challenges.
- Contribute to managing project processes, including reviewing designs, overseeing production, prototyping, and ensuring a seamless installation.
- Assist in the maintenance process, handling quoting, orders, and tracking costs and the progress of works.
- Provide support in financial reconciliation, managing costs, purchase orders, and invoicing.
- Help in the management of design documentation, drawing issues, and production timelines, while ensuring effective communication throughout the projects.
- Assist in managing and resolving defects and issues until completion.
- Support in the coordination and supervision of trades on-site, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Provide additional support as directed, contributing to the overall success of the team and projects.
- A team player with previous experience in client management, able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling smooth and effective interaction with senior stakeholders.
- Exhibits excellent planning, organization, and negotiation skills, ensuring projects are well-coordinated and delivered on time.
- Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, leaving no aspect overlooked.
- Excels in building and maintaining exceptional client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Displays the ability to work independently and confidentially, requiring mínimal supervision.
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills, effectively communicating and planning to support the wider team.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A tertiary qualification in Project Management is preferred, providing a solid foundation for the role.
- Previous experience in Shop-fitting, design, or retail project management is desirable, highlighting your familiarity with the field (Non-IT project management).
- An understanding of the retail environment and merchandising is advantageous, enabling you to contribute to the success of projects.
- Background experience in production, retail design, or procurement will be valuable, enhancing your ability to navigate project requirements effectively.
