**Project Coordinator - People Systems**

**Contract: 6 months to start (with possible extensions to follow), $550 - $600 inc. super, p/d**

**We are looking for a Project Coordinator with proven Project Coordinator experience ideally with SAP retail projects experience at an enterprise level, combined with excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills to operate in a high growth, highly agile, fast paced environment.**

**The position**:
To support the Project Manager in organising and controlling project related activities.

**Outline of duties and responsibilities**:

- Ensure individual timesheets are entered by COB each week reflecting PS Resource Plan
- Utilisation of the business cost estimator for forecasts and actuals and ensure to adhere to the PS processes:

- Support the CAS Business Case process
- Raise TA/PO in a timely manner according to People System
- Maintain Vendor tracking sheets & process vendor invoices in line with project forecasts
- Track Project POs, Governance & links using the PS Project tracking sheet and updating regularly
- Raise & Maintain Project EAs
- Onboard and support new People Systems resources
- Maintaining the PS Dashboard with project data not stored in Sentient to create a single point of
- Manage project cross charge requirements inline with project
- Proven Program Coordinator Experience in supporting the planning and coordination of various ICT/Digital projects ideally with SAP retail
- Experience with Ariba, Docusign and/or Isign would be a bonus
- Financial & Procurement management (SOWs) experience in a Project environment
- Effective communication - both written and verbal
- Time management - can handle concurrent activities under pressure
- Well organised with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- Stakeholder and relationship management
- Business Acumen & Attention to detail
- Agile experience
