**About the positions on offer**

The purpose of this role is to provide analytical, governance, reporting, system and procurement support to the centralised plant, equipment and storage function for the Services Division. Storage includes temporary or permanent warehouse, yard or depot storage facilities.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include:

- Lead plant, equipment and storage analytics to optimise plant and equipment utilisation, disposition, compliance, tracking and sourcing, and category management activities
- Support plant, equipment and storage continuous improvement through data analysis and recommendations
- Providing ad hoc and routine plant, equipment and storage reports
- Assist development and use hire vs lease vs buy decision tools and provide recommendations on optimal sourcing options
- Support plant, equipment and storage procurement activity including raising material requisitions and purchase orders, tracking delivery and identifying solutions

**Your Experience**
- Graduate Diploma or higher in analytics, business, economics or IT
- Recognised ERP (e.g. SAP, JDE, Oracle) certifications
- Minimum 3 years administrative and/or project/contract analytical and reporting experience
- High level of exposure to project/contract environments across the Services Division’s sectors
- Exposure to contemporary change management practices and ability to identify and implement process improvements
