**About the Role**:
The Testing team provides services including test analysis, test design, test execution and test automation to ensure the delivery of a robust production environment to support the values and objectives of DA and its clients.

The Test Team’s responsibility extends from system integration testing of components delivered from Development and Infrastructure teams, through to performance testing and other non-functional testing required to assure the quality of DA solutions.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Providing team leadership and coaching
- Focusing the team on the tasks at hand or the internal and external customer requirements
- Coordinating team logistics
- Communicating team status, task accomplishments, and direction
- Providing feedback on customer requirements and software design specifications
- Attending estimate and design review meetings with customers, business analysts and developers
- Developing test documentation in accordance with formal testing methodologies as a result of interpretation of approved requirements and/or design documentation
- Executing test cases and revising and maintaining regression test case suites - manual and automated
- Writing Release Notes for internal and external use
- Writing and executing test cases for defect fixes.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a related IT field, and/or experience deemed equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years relevant test experience, with experience leading teams or acting in a 2IC capacity
- Knowledge of software testing procedures and methodologies
- Strong understanding of the process to develop test plans, test cases and other data in line with testing methodologies
- Knowledge of the banking & finance sector would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
