**The Opportunity**

**The role includes**:

- Providing, organising, issuing install and service paperwork;
- Recording key information, allocating keys for builders and arranging dispatch;
- Preparing run sheets for site service team;
- Liaise with builders to confirm install and services as required;
- Prepare operational performance reports for the Transport Supervisor when required;
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through idea sharing and acting on suggestions.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a customer service and or administration role (ideally in service delivery or logistics);
- Competency with Microsoft Office suite, especially excel;
- Professional and personable interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build strong relationships;
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills.
