**About the Role**
As an Account Manager reporting to the National Sales Manager, your primary objective is to develop and execute targeted account management strategies that maximize their market representation, sales, and profitability in your State. As a vital member of their sales team, you will also play a crucial role in providing valuable market feedback to support ongoing improvements in their products and services for their customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive sales growth by offering their current products and services to existing customers.
- Cultivate strong and mutually beneficial relationships with key personnel in each account.
- Ensure the freshness and relevance of their samples and merchandise within each account.
- Educate their customer accounts to ensure their confidence in selling and recommending their products.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth by cross-selling other company solutions and products.

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and explore innovative solutions.
- Experience within the building industry is advantageous.
- Possess a "can-do" attitude with a focus on results.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Positive work attitude and strong work ethic.
- Understanding of working for a company that deals with physical products.
