You will be a valued part of your community working out of the office, you will also need to be able to work from home when required.
- Provide practical assistance to participants at youth meetings
- Maintain relationships with community groups
- Encourage positive behaviour, and managing challenging behaviour
- Work toward the vision of the company

Some criteria you will need.
- Understanding of vulnerable peoples
- Have a high degree of empathy
- Undestand policies and processes
- Ability to use microsoft office products

Desirable
- Certificate II in Community services or higher
- Previous experience working with youth and mental health patients
- You will also need to pass a police check. _

**Salary**: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
