
Office Administration Assistant

Due to the practice growing in size we require the services of an Administration Assistant to come onboard and assist us in maintaining client relations and providing excellent service. The role will mainly be located at our Condell Park office but may require travel into our city office at time.
**Qualifications & experience**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Be well presented and have exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills including a personable and professional phone manner
- Experience with ASIC, ATO and MYOB would be an advantage but not essential
- Time management, problem solving & research skills
- High level attention to detail
- A positive attitude and calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise a busy, variable workload
**Your Key Responsibilities will include**:
- Front reception management - including greeting clients, manage and prioritize daily office tasks including scanning, filing and documents management
- Following up on signed documents from the client and information required from clients
- Maintaining a client relationship management system and electronic document management system
- Liaising with ATO, ASIC and other government bodies
- ASIC Administration
- PA Support
- Monthly Invoicing and follow up on outstanding debtors/payments
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
- Some housekeeping duties
This is a diverse role where you will be dealing with clients and accountants on our team.
Pay: $50,913.68 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
