**About the role**

As part of Reecetech, you’ll join a 250+ strong team that handles everything from Product Management and Engineering to Data and AI. You’ll be crafting sollutions that solve real customers problems and support our people to work more effectively.

You will be responsible for leading and developing teams that fundamentally love technology and creating fantastic business outcomes. At the core of the role is system resilience, robustness, and service, but the real magic is how you develop the team to meet our goals and vision. Your drive, desire, and passion to innovate and find new ways to do this are what the role is really about.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide an uptime for all systems in your remit in excess of 99.9%
- Take ownership of the Core Systems enterprise licensing portfolio e.g. Microsoft / Adobe /VMware, etc
- Work in collaborative cross-functional teams with, amongst others, Security, DevOps, Digital and UX to deliver new features and enhancements for Reece systems and platforms
- Have an Automation first mindset
- Continually look for opportunities to support the Service Delivery team in their ability to support related systems and services
- Resolve the most challenging and complex problems, and help deliver mission critical projects
- Mentor and educate engineers with a lead by example approach
- Develop and mentor the team, creating clear career paths and opportunities to grow
- Manage and monitor the ticket queues effectively, with a strong focus on fast effective communication to our users
- Create and refine documentation and improve process
- Manage and develop the Tech Bar team to expand the exceptional service they already provide
