We’re looking for someone to join our Sydney office as the voice and face of our business
You’re a strong communicator, both written and verbally. Of course, you’re also passionate about providing outstanding customer service through the initial stage of the client experience.
**Essential duties and responsibilities**
- Welcome and greet all guests in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain all our common areas, ensuring that our meeting spaces, kitchens, showroom, foyer are kept clean, tidy and presentable
- Proactively manage and prepare meeting space bookings
- Liaise with our travel partners and staff to book domestic and international travel (including flights, accommodation, car rental and visas)
- Provide administrative support to the entire business duties as requested by People and Culture such as WHS, Fire Warden training or First aid and any other adhoc tasks as requried
- Maintain and purchase all office supplies (including stationery, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, milk, fruit, etc)
- Distribute mail and other correspondence and organise postal couriers, where necessary
- Attend and facilitate any facility/building maintenance - (including cleaners, electricians, gardeners, tradespeople and pest control)
- Assist with organising company functions and coordinating events (including calendar invite and catering)
- Coordinate with our IT team for ongoing support of hardware, accounts and office equipment
- Assist with onboarding of new employees
- Assist with employee gifts, including for milestones and awards
- Administrative tasks such as catering
**Experience, skills and qualifications required**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist/Office Administrator role in a corporate environment
**Competencies**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel) and Slack
- High level of confidentiality
- Great listening skills
- Able to work autonomously but also part of a team
- Able to build rapport and liaise professionally at all levels

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
