We're Hiring: Medical Secretary – Join Our Growing Specialist Clinic

Are you looking to take the next step in your medical administration career? We're excited to welcome a new Medical Secretary to our supportive and growing team at our specialist clinic.

About the Role:

As our clinic continues to grow, we're seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our front desk team. This role involves a mix of reception duties, patient coordination, appointment scheduling, and administrative support to our medical specialists.

Position Details:

  • Part-time: 3-4 days per week (Monday to Thursday)

  • Occasional Saturdays may be required

  • Location: Alexandria

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients and managing appointments

  • Answering phone and email enquiries

  • Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks

  • Processing payments and Medicare claims

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work well in a team and manage tasks independently

  • Strong attention to detail and time management

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience using Best Practice software

  • Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative role
