Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Specialist to join our high performing and progressive team. This is a fantastic career opportunity and will offer exposure to Merchandise, IT, DC's and Supply Chain.

**What you'll be doing**

As an Inventory Specialist you will:

- Maintain the ‘Kmart Inventory Policy’ and associated processes
- Optimise technology products including Blue Yonder Demand and Fulfilment to support business initiatives
- Facilitate centralized mitigation strategies to ensure the right stock lands in the right place in the right quantity at the right time
- Promoting and developing actions to streamline stock management processes
- Develop reporting and provide insights to support the business

**To be successful in this team you will have**:

- Sound knowledge of Inventory Management (within a retail environment would be an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Applications such as Excel and Power BI
- Strong understanding of replenishment process, strategies and systems
- Excellent influencing, communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
- Exceptional customer focus
- Analytical mindset
- Passion for data driven decisions
