In this position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will join a high performing Sales Operations team and be responsible for Mercedes-Benz Cars Inventory Management and Distribution.

By joining our market leading organization in the automotive sector, you will have access to discounted car leasing programs, state-of-the-art design, on-site parking, exciting on the job learning, mentoring and many more.

Key duties & responsibilities:

- Coordination and Support: Manage distribution requirements for all Mercedes-Benz Cars vehicles including but not limited to, vehicle despatch from port of loading to arrival at local port and transfers between Vehicle Processing Centres (VPCs) and Agents.
- Timely Deliveries and Tracking: Monitor vehicle movements and provide visibility of vehicle status to Agents, ensuring all data is accurate ensuring Agents and internal customers receive vehicles within required timeframes. Manage delays and provide solutions to overcome any future process disruptions.
- System Maintenance: Maintain systems such as SWT to ensure timely and accurate records of vehicle status, locations, arrival times, and goods receipting for all Mercedes-Benz Cars.
- Process Improvement: Enhance current inventory and distribution processes and provide sustainable solutions to improve business procedures.
- Reporting: Provide transparency and reporting on various Inventory and Distribution topics including but not limited to, Inventory aging, Distribution Lead times and Agent Stock Holdings.
- QualifikationenWhat you will need to be successful:

- Prior experience in Supply Chain and Inventory Management is highly preferable
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant systems (e.g., SWT).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to process improvement.
- Continuous improvement mindset
