Job Description

The Knowledge Manager is a pivotal role that drives enterprise-wide knowledge management initiatives, ensuring high-quality content and consistent customer outcomes.

  • Lead and govern the organisation's knowledge management framework
  • Build, curate, and maintain accurate and user-friendly knowledge articles
  • Establish and manage content lifecycle and review processes
  • Provide training, guidance, and templates to uplift capability across teams
Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek a candidate with strong experience in ICT or service-focused knowledge management, an in-depth understanding of ITIL frameworks, and skilled in stakeholder engagement, governance, and performance reporting.
