**About you**
You’ve been excelling in a Administrative role for a professional services firm or similar for 2 plus years and are looking for a fresh challenge. You’re someone with lots of energy and have a keen eye for detail, and you love a busy, dynamic environment As a valued member of our team, you’re naturally friendly, outgoing and personable.
**About the role**
Based at our Southport office, this full or part-time and highly varied role includes the responsibility of providing administrative support to our taxation team and clients alike. You’ll utilise the latest in cloud-based technology to carry out responsibilities such as:
- Collation and lodgment of taxation documents
- Preparation and submission of critical ASIC documents
- Supporting our accountants and attending to client queries
- Coordination of team workflow
- Scheduling internal and external meetings and events
- Assisting with accounts payable and banking
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries & office supplies
- Provide critical backup to Reception duties
- Maintaining our client database and client status updates
- Proven experience in a similar role in a professional services firm.
- A high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a professional environment whilst remaining flexible, calm and focused under pressure
- Ability to build and nurture professional client relationships
- Drive to work independently with limited supervision and work to specific deadlines
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office programs
- Experience working with accounting-related software will be very advantageous, but not essential.
