Join our collaborative team in the Gold Coast We're seeking a motivated, flexible, and positive individual who takes initiative.

**What will your typical week look like?**
- Ensure timely completion of client-related tasks in the local office or designated region, meeting internal and external service standards.
- Provide general support to the Client Services team, including file creation and management, database entry, and administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and scanning.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals.
- Assist with front-of-house reception duties as needed

You are someone with..
- Administration experience with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders;
- Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop, and able to collaborate effectively with others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
