**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced individual to lead the Queensland Field Operations team. We encourage experienced State Operations leaders with previous experience within FMCG to apply.

The role will be responsible for the developing and supporting the National Field Strategy, as well as delivery of state priorities, sales results and budget management.

Key to the success of this role is the ability to lead and motivate the State Field Operations Team to achieve excellence in in-store execution and effective, well planned, and timely delivery of all Field KPI’s.

The role will partner with customers to build relationships and maintain communication about key activities.

- Previous experience in a similar position within FMCG
