Do you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and administrative support? Our client, a leading CPA firm, prides itself on establishing long-term relationships and delivering exceptional accounting services to the Bendigo community, for over 30 years.

**Primary Objectives**:
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact and provide general office support. Additionally:

- Liaise with external partners and stakeholders including the ATO, ASIC and other financial institutions.
- Finance duties not limited to external banking, cheque processing, client invoice preparations, and
- Attend to compliance lodgements with ATO and ASIC
- Diary and calendar management; schedule meetings and prepare accordingly.
- Handling incoming mail and preparation of mail to send
- Maintaining client database
- Processing client requests
- Preparation of varying types of documentation, filing & archiving
- Ad hoc duties as directed by partners and the office manager.

**What you will need to succeed**:
Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally in the professional services space, is essential. You will be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and be tech-savvy.

It is important you are adaptable to change, have the willingness to learn, have strong communication skills and great attention to detail, along with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders, internal and external.

You will have excellent time management ability, be able to juggle multiple priorities and enjoy working in a busy environment.
