**The Opportunity**
We are excited to be partnering with a market leading ASX listed organisation, with over 1600 dedicated staff across ANZ. With a focus on excellence, innovation and growth, the team have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People & Culture team for a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Head of People Services, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and helping to shape the future of the organisations talent acquisition efforts.

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Devise and execute comprehensive recruiting and interviewing strategies for various roles.
- Identify and source exceptional talent across a diverse range of positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to enhance recruitment services.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while tracking recruitment data.

**About You**
- Proven track record in successful talent acquisition across corporate and manufacturing functions.
- Expertise in end-to-end recruitment procedures with a history of delivering outstanding hires.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
- A passion for identifying and securing top talent, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
