**The organisation**
Our client is a leading ASX listed Group. They are a dynamic and ambitious business with an excellent internal culture. They promote flexibility (WFH) as well as professional growth.

**The role**
Reporting to the Head of Operations Finance, the Finance Analyst will be responsible for delivering reports and analysis on key commercial metrics to drive performance, preparing monthly management accounts, rolling forecasts and partnering with multiple cost centres across the Group.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to provide financial insights on results
- Preparing and delivering monthly financial performance reports
- Identifying trends and variances to support commercial decisions
- Identifying and analysing cost drivers in Operations, fixed costs, and variable costs areas
- Leading the process of computing stock provision
- Supporting the annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts processes
- Providing support on tendering process for 3PL providers
- Monitoring and improving cost to serve model

**Skills & experience required**
- Previous experience as a Financial Analyst within FMCG, Distribution or Logistics sectors
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance; and CA/CPA qualification
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and partnering abilities
- Strong time management skills and high attention to details
