We are looking for a floor and bar supervisor for our 250 seater restaurant in Byron Bay.

We are looking for a self motivated individual who takes pride in hospitality and quality of service.

Must have experiance managing a team of staff and have a strong leadership skills.

Ability to train and guide staff in a succinct manner.

General bar experaince (pour a beer, change a keg, follow a cocktail recipe).

Good coffee making skills.

Have a head for troubleshooting.

Computer literate (moderate)

RSA required.

Casual or full time positon for the right person.

Wage to be negociated.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
