Position Available: Experienced Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

  • Showcasing expertise in crafting a diverse range of cocktails, from classic favorites to innovative creations, with precision and creativity.
  • Curating and maintaining an exceptional wine selection, offering recommendations and guiding patrons through their tasting journey.
  • Ensuring the bar area is well-stocked, organized, and impeccably presented at all times.
  • Providing attentive and personalized service to guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable bar atmosphere.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between food and beverage service.
  • Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
  • Proficiency in cocktail mixing techniques and a strong knowledge of various spirits, liqueurs, and mixers.
  • Good understanding of wine varieties, regions, and pairings, with the ability to recommend suitable options to guests.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for engaging guests and creating memorable experiences.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Passion for the art of mixology and a commitment to delivering exceptional beverage service.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
