**THE ROLE**:
We are seeking a new Food & Beverage Supervisor in Conference & Events to work alongside a passionate and supportive hotel team, reporting to the Restaurant Manager and our Conference & Events Manager your passion is food and hosting great events. You will assist in leading the team and creating a conference experience that keeps our guests wanting more. This role also requires supervisor shifts in the restaurant floor when events are not in-house.

You will collaborate with our guests by:

- Creating an outstanding employment experience for the Food and Beverage Collaborators
- Providing a warm and genuine service experience
- Anticipating and responding to tricky requests & concerns in a professional and timely manner and coaching your team to do the same.
- Taking an active interest in providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides.
- Facilitate our conference guest experience

**ABOUT YOU**:
We are looking for a skilled and ambitious restaurant/conference and events supervisor who can display:

- Considerable experience in premium restaurant environments.
- Previous restaurant or bar supervisory experience
- Conference & Events experience
- Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and speciality in high quality service.
- Great attention to detail, being one step ahead of guests needs.
- In-depth knowledge of sequence of service and product knowledge.
- The passion to take on other ad-hoc duties as required
- Ability to prioritise & work in fast-paced environment being able to keep high standards of service.
- Friendly and confident communication skills.
- NSW RSA essential
- Available across various shifts including weekends, evenings and public holidays
- Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
