**Position Available: Experienced Bartender**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Showcasing expertise in crafting a diverse range of cocktails, from classic favorites to innovative creations, with precision and creativity.
- Curating and maintaining an exceptional wine selection, offering recommendations and guiding patrons through their tasting journey.
- Ensuring the bar area is well-stocked, organized, and impeccably presented at all times.
- Providing attentive and personalized service to guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable bar atmosphere.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between food and beverage service.
- Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
- Proficiency in cocktail mixing techniques and a strong knowledge of various spirits, liqueurs, and mixers.
- Good understanding of wine varieties, regions, and pairings, with the ability to recommend suitable options to guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for engaging guests and creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Passion for the art of mixology and a commitment to delivering exceptional beverage service.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
