**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the State Warehouse Manager, the Inbound Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective and accurate receipting and restocking of the warehouse, playing a crucial role in managing the daily flow of goods coming in.

This role is responsible for (but not limited to):

- Supervising team members to ensure the performance of our KPIs
- Training and induction of new team members
- Providing leadership and peer support to the warehouse leaders and warehouse manager
- Receiving process, including receipting (Local and Interstate)
- Stock Replenishment / Stock credit Return

**THE PERSON**

We seek a high-performing industry professional who can work both independently and as part of a supportive team environment. Having industry experience in a similar role, you’re a confident communicator who can remain calm under pressure. You follow plans, focus on outcomes, and are meticulous with deadlines while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
