Reporting to the Victorian Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the leadership team to ensure daily outbound activities are completed safely, efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, we are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to positively influence by building relationships with the warehouse team and wider teams within Beaumont Tiles.

This position will be responsible for providing oversight for our frontline Warehouse Team Members and ensuring daily workflows are optimised to avoid any bottlenecks. You will also be responsible to ensure timelines in relation to booking transport are met and that orders are completed in time for despatch.

**THE ROLE**
- Leadership, provide day-to-day leadership for the Picking, Despatch and Rapid Response Teams
- Planning of daily activities to ensure workflow is being optimised and order being completed in time for despatch
- Training team members with procedures as well as identifying and organising training and work experience to build the capability of our team members
- Be proactive to identify continuous improvement opportunities and be the lead on any initiatives identified
- Determine daily and weekly labour requirements to ensure activities are resourced to meet goals in the most efficient manner

**YOU**

An experienced and highly capable Warehouse Supervisor with extensive knowledge of transport and warehouse management systems and previous experience leading operational supervisors with medium to large teams.
