**The Warehouse Supervisor is a key role in ensuring that our projects are set up for success through**: - Overseeing the warehouse & yard and ensuring both are organised in an efficient manner that best utilises space & meets safety requirements. - Maintaining assets & stock in working order, including undetaking routine maintenance & scheduling repairs. - Monitoring inventory & ordering stock within budget & seeking to improve on costs through negotiations with suppliers etc. - Preparing site establishment items & suppoirtng the team by driving our trucks to ensure the timely dispatch and retrieval of materials/equipment and waste. **You will ace this role if you**: - Enjoy working autonomously to keep the warehouse, yard, stock, materials & assets ship shape - Are comfortable proactively communicating with internal staff, project teams & supply partners to plan for what’s coming up on the horizon - Understand the importance of your role in ensuring our projects run smoothly - no job is too big or small to help out the team - Have previous construction experience and are familiar with manual and power tools - Have a strong regard for safety - Enjoy finding better ways of doing things (e.g., reducing costs by bulk-buying & negotiating prices) **Desired Qualifications & Experience**: - Proven experience in similar warehouse/logistics roles, ideally in construction industry. - Basic construction skills (e.g., mixing and pouring material, operating electrical & manual equipment & measuring tools, operate height access plant & equipment such as scissor lifts
